    Work Completed: May 20, 2014
    Hire Again? = YES
    Approx. Cost = $7,500.00

Description of Work:  Repaired leaks in roof, replaced
dry rot all around the eaves with primed wood, replaced
numerous broken tiles and many wrong style tiles from
a different roofer's poor job, and repaired holes around
    the chimney.

Comments:  Mr. Landeros was very professional,
prompt, and courteous. His was not the lowest estimate
I received, but his written estimate was so thoroughly
and clearly written that I understood all that was going
to be done and felt comfortable there would be no
misunderstandings, so I was fine paying a little more. It
took Mr. Landeros and his associate 4 days to make all
the repairs to my roof. I was kept informed of what was
happening and was pleased with the excellent job that
was done and with the thorough cleanup afterward. I
would use Landeros Roofing again, but the job was so
well done that I won't need them for a long time.

"Thank you, Julie!  I appreciate the work that you and
Steven did last week.  I also appreciate the photos
Steven took to help me visualize the repairs he made...
it is very helpful to me.  I feel comfortable choosing you
guys to do the work as I feel I can trust your pricing to
be fair and quality of work to be high.  Hopefully, I won't
find more issues on my roof, but if I do, I will certainly
    call you again!"

"Thank you so much, Steve and Julie, for your
fabulous work on the siding for our chimneys and front
alcove area.  We are VERY happy with the final
product and the quality of work.  Also, we’re very
grateful for the “extra’s” you did, above and beyond
what was in the contract.  Thank you for improving that
electrical wiring under the window, for tightening up
the chimney saddles, and for carrying away all those
bush branches (there were a lot!).

We will absolutely call on you for any future roofing
    needs."
