    Approx. Cost = $7,500.00

    Description of Work:  Repaired leaks in roof, replaced
    dry rot all around the eaves with primed wood, replaced
    numerous broken tiles and many wrong style tiles from
    a different roofer's poor job, and repaired holes around
    the chimney.

    Comments:  Mr. Landeros was very professional,
    prompt, and courteous. His was not the lowest estimate
    I received, but his written estimate was so thoroughly
    and clearly written that I understood all that was going
    to be done and felt comfortable there would be no
    misunderstandings, so I was fine paying a little more. It
    took Mr. Landeros and his associate 4 days to make all
    the repairs to my roof. I was kept informed of what was
    happening and was pleased with the excellent job that
    was done and with the thorough cleanup afterward. I
    would use Landeros Roofing again, but the job was so
    well done that I won't need them for a long time.
