"I had an amazing experience with Landeros. I called a few roofing companies, but LRS was quick to return my call and schedule an inspection. Julie was such a pleasant person to speak with that I didn't feel the need to have to schedule other inspections. They did a great job with the inspection. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Steven also seems to understand the industry as a whole. I originally had a home & roof inspection report with a few repair items. However, when Steven did his inspection, he found several key items that they had missed. There were a number of additional broken tiles and dry rot repairs that were needed. They also did a gutter cleaning. They take great photos to show you the work that is needed. During the work, I noticed a bunch of roof debris scattered in our backyard (which was obviously unavoidable). But after all of the work was complete, I noticed that they had cleaned up nicely and raked all of the leaves and debris off to the side of the fence. It's the little things like that show they care and provide the best professional service that they can offer. When they chat with you and share stories, they really feel genuine, and that they care for your house. I highly recommend them."
