Description of Work:  Gutter Cleaning -- Landeros Roofing is wonderful.
They always show up when they say they will, they get the job done efficiently,
their prices are reasonable and they are pleasant to deal with.  I highly
    recommend them.

Comments:  RE: Gutter cleaning---they sent an email to all the homeowners in
our townhouse complex.  They offered the price and told us what week they'd
be in our neighborhood.  Because we didn't respond right away to the email
(I needed to confirm with my husband first to be sure he would be home), they
knocked on our door since they were doing some roofing work next door.  They
asked if we wanted to be added to the list of those getting their roofs clean, we
said yes, scheduled a date and time and they showed up as promised and did
    the work.
