Work Completed: November 18, 2012 Hire Again? = YES Approx. Cost = $625.00 Description of Work: 1. Removed and saved the roof tiles and wood battens from the left of the front entry along the wall, 3-ft out by 3-ft from the gutter, to the left corner of the wall where valley flashing meets wall pan flashing. 2. Removed the roof tiles from both sides of the valley (4 tiles by 8-ft) and along the left side of the wall (5-ft) to expose the leaking underlayment. 3. Cleaned out the valley and wall flashings. 4. Removed and saved the valley flashing. 5. Swept the area clear of loose debris. 6. Applied an integrated #30 felt underlayment patch, using G.A.P. Type 30 Asphalt ASTM, over the repair area. 7. Sealed the wall flashings to the new underlayment with Henry's 208R SBS Rubber Modified Wet Patch™ Roof Cement (mastic). 8. Reset the valley flashing and added 2-ft extension to reach the wall flashing for positive water flow. 9. Reinstalled the saved wood battens and roof tiles. 10. Cleaned up and disposed of all job-oriented debris.
